Sen. Noel Frame

Vice Chair, Housing

Noel Frame (she/her) represents the people of the 36th Legislative District as their state senator since January 2023, after having served the district as state representative beginning in January 2016. Noel is an award-winning legislator, having been honored more than 15 times for her work advocating for youth involved in the foster care and juvenile criminal legal systems, expanding services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges, championing economic development, and fixing the state’s upside-down tax code.

Rep. Julia Reed

Rep. Julia Reed was sworn in to serve in the Washington State House in 2023. She grew up in Seattle, the Black and bi-racial daughter of two public school educators who instilled in her the importance of public service, empathy, hard work, and collective action. Julia served in the Obama administration and as a senior policy advisor to the Mayor of Seattle, with a focus on workforce development issues. Today she consults with businesses and nonprofits on expanding workplace diversity.

Vice chair, Labor & Workplace Standards Committee

As a state representative for the 36th Legislative District, Liz is the vice chair of the Labor & Workplace Standards Committee and is a member of the Environment & Energy and Transportation committees, where she is a passionate advocate for working families, combating climate change, and building vital infrastructure that is safe, equitable, and green.
