Washington’s behavioral health crisis hotline is a safe and confidential resource for those in need of support any time of the year. People experiencing a mental health, substance use, or suicidal crisis can call or text Washington’s behavioral health crisis line – 988 – to be connected with trained counselors.

- Find out your options for enrolling in an individual health insurance plan, or accessing Medicaid, by calling the Health Benefit Exchange (HBE) at 1-855-923-4633.
- Understand your health insurance rights or file a complaint against a health insurance company by calling the Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) consumer hotline at 1-800-562-6900.
- Long-term care residents at a nursing home, adult family home, or assisted living facility can file a complaint by calling the Washington State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at 1-800-562-6028.
