45th Legislative District Team

Manka Dhingra is Deputy Majority Leader of the Washington State Senate. She brings two decades of experience as a prosecutor and behavioral health expert to her role as chair of the Senate Law & Justice Committee. She also serves on the Health & Long Term Care Committee and the Ways & Means Committee. Dhingra was first elected to the Senate by the constituents of the 45th Legislative District in November 2017, the first Sikh legislator elected in the nation.

Larry Springer is the Deputy Majority Leader in the House of Representatives. He’s a lifelong resident of East King County and served 11 years on the Kirkland City Council, including four as Mayor. Owner of a retail wine store since 1985, Larry is proud of his family-run small business.

Rep. Roger Goodman chairs the House Community Safety, Justice, & Reentry Committee. Roger lives in Kirkland with his daughter Vivian and his son Felix. He received an MPA from Harvard University (Kennedy School of Government), a JD from The George Washington University, and an AB from Dartmouth College.
