(Prevention, Assessment, Treatment, and Healing) Crisis Relief and Sobering Center. I led efforts in the Legislature to secure $3.7 million in funding to help\u00a0build this\u00a0facility\u00a0that\u00a0will improve the overall health of our community by offering compassionate and effective behavioral health and substance use treatment system.\u00a0Learn more\u00a0from this\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spokesman.com\/stories\/2026\/apr\/02\/spokane-county-breaks-ground-on-new-treatment-faci\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Spokesman-Review article<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and this\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VvidUiAYAlE\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">KREM 2\u00a0story<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
