Dear friends and neighbors,
Join us at the Emerson-Garfield Farmers’ Market on Friday, June 13th, from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at Emerson Park, 1116 W. Alice Ave. I’ll be there alongside Representatives Timm Ormsby and Natasha Hill to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have. I hope you can stop by, say hello, and learn more about how we’re working for Spokane!
Session highlights
We recently shared a newsletter highlighting key legislative wins for Spokane during this year’s session. If it didn’t arrive in your mailbox, it is available on my website here or by clicking on the image below. Thanks to your advocacy, our 3rd District team helped pass new laws and secured critical funding that will have a lasting impact on our community.

- Last week I joined Sen. Patty Murray and local health care leaders to discuss how proposed cuts to Medicaid and Medicare at the federal level would significantly reduce critical care and services for thousands of people in our region. Watch the press conference and learn more here.
