Friends and neighbors,

I know so many of you have reached out and expressed how ongoing difficulties with Washington State Ferries have severely impacted your daily lives and commutes. As we are just a couple of short months away from the 2022 legislative session, I assure you that addressing the immediate short term situation and the longstanding complications with WSF remains my top priority.

Next week, your 40th LD delegation will be holding a Zoom call to discuss the steps being taken to address ferry service disruptions, and we would love to see you there.

Upcoming Ferry Service Briefing

Please join us on Zoom on Tuesday, Nov. 9, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. to learn about the steps that are being taken to address the ferry service disruptions, cancelled sailings, and the reduced WSF schedule. In addition to Rep. Debra Lekanoff, Rep. Alex Ramel and myself, we are excited to welcome Chair Rep. Jake Fey & Vice Chair Rep. Dan Bronoske of the House Transportation Committee, Vice Chair Rebecca Saldaña of the Senate Transportation Committee, as well as representatives from Washington State Ferries and the Governor’s office.

If you’d like to join us for this important update, please register by clicking here or the photo above.
