Hill was a dedicated legislator,\u201d said Sen. Manka Dhingra, D-Redmond and Hill\u2019s successor. \u201cHe was a champion for the communities of the 45<sup>th <\/sup>and served our district energetically. The currently named CARE Fund is a public-private partnership that supports cancer research in Washington.
