Happy International Women’s Day!

Senate Democratic Caucus graphic with photos of all members who are women, and with text about International Women's Day. The theme of International Women's Day 2021 is choosing to challenge -- challenging bias, challenging norms and challenging institutions to change.  The Senate Democratic Caucus is committed to elevating the voices of women and girls, including trans women and girls, wherever they live and work in our state. We will continue to pass policies that provide equal access to education, jobs, health care, childcare, and advance the cause of equal justice under the law.  We will celebrate the women who came before us, who shattered norms and glass ceilings so that we can represent our communities.  Women throughout history have fought for us to not only have a seat at the table, but to ensure we are heard when we speak. International Women's Day.

That’s all for now! As always, my office welcomes your input on the issues facing our community and policies the Legislature is considering, so please reach out! You can contact us at Take care.  Watch your distance.  Wash your hands.  Wear a mask.  And get vaccinated!
