The Transportation Committee will hear public testimony on Senate Bill 5773, a bipartisan plan to revamp Washington’s existing public private partnership laws. Public private partnerships can help save money, deliver projects faster and help drive innovation. This bill follows similar legislation passed in Virginia, Colorado, Pennsylvania and elsewhere.
