I have already started working on this plan as one of the eight members of Governor Inslee’s education funding work group. I am confident that together we will find a solution.

We will also be continuing our efforts to increase campaign finance transparency by removing “Dark Money” in Washington State elections. The primary vehicle for this effort will be the Washington State Disclose Act, which I will reintroduce at the start of the 2016 session. As always, I welcome your input on these and other issues of importance to our community in Spokane.

Session aide needed

Our office is hiring a session aide for the 2016 legislative session in Olympia.
