About Deborah

Deborah Krishnadasan was appointed to the Washington State Senate in December 2024 and is proud to serve the people of Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, Port Orchard, and Bremerton. She is vice chair of the State Government, Tribal Affairs & Elections and Agriculture & Natural Resources Committees, and a member on the Early Learning & K-12 Education and Transportation Committees.

Deb is a lifelong Washingtonian committed to improving educational opportunities for our children and young people, advancing public transportation and infrastructure, and creating an economy that works for everyone.
